Can you tell me a little about yourself?

My name is Yolanda Sappington. I have been in the Administrative field for over 15 years. I have worked in various industries, including banking, manufacturing, hospitality, and distribution. Working in these industries has enabled me to develop strong organizational and time management skills.

What about your computer equipment?

I use both a PC and a Laptop, both units have a Windows XP operating system as well as all the latest anti virus software.

Are you on dial up?

No, I use broadband high speed cable access through Comcast.

How should I contact you?

I prefer my clients to contact me via email. For retainer clients it is important that we touch base at least once a week. Phone calls are by appointment only.

How do I get the work to you?

Via email, fax, courier, USPS, FedEx, UPS or via download.

You say that you are virtual, do you also provide support to clients that are local?

Yes, Offsite Admin Support provides both local and worldwide service however, all work is done from my home office. I do not provide onsite support.
